Dear Marcus,
I have a shoplot at Jalan Undan 15, Perling for rent. It was used as tuition class since 4 years ago. All fully renovated with registration counter. Fully aircond, CCTV and alram (CCTV need to install monitor). 6 airconds.
Asking for RM1700/month.
